M.O.G.U.L / M.O.G.L.E (the "Applicant") is an organization who wishes to start a community related radio station in Forest County. The station will serve listeners in the mountains, forests and small towns which grace our corner of Forest County. Despite Pennsylvania's reputation as an urban state, our own area -- like much of the rest of Pennsylvania -- is rural. The Applicant's specific and primary purposes are: 1) to establish, own and operate an educational, nonprofit community supported -radio broadcast system; 2) encourage and provide community-radio facilities to promote and aid the creative skills and cultural welfare of the community; and 3) distribute news and other public information affecting the community; and 4) provide instruction and opportunities for the public to learn broadcasting skills, including audio production studio skills. The Applicant will provide programming not currently available in the local community,
that Marienville, PA is a rural area located in Western
Pennsylvania Accordingly, Applicant intends to work closely with local volunteer and emergency services to provide public safety information to its service area . Marienville

Marienville Organization of Gender Understanding Lyceum (M.O.G.U.L) - also known as Marienville Organization of Gay Lesbian Education / Entertainment (M.O.G.L.E) is a not for profit organization, started in 1999 for the purpose of education on health, issues, and entertainment / enlightenment for the GLBT community in our area, We work closely with other organizations to help spread information about their organizations as well and we hope we will be able to help further using the radio station as a tool for the community.
Character The Founder John R Benjamin (Joanne Lynn ) is also a pioneer of the Low Power radio movement and is an active member and officer in The Amherst Alliance and has many filings with the FCC under WKJCE RADIO -a internet radio station wishing to have a local outlet. He is also an Amateur Radio Operator under the call of KB6SNB. John has also been to the Autumn Leaf Festival and Parade (in Clarion) telling others about LPFM and many other things as well and has no negative filings from the FCC at this date. He has broadcasting experience from a station he worked for in Phz, Az as well as from the broadcasting school he attended there.
